The main goal of the Social Purchasing Portal (SPP) is to create employment opportunities for individuals who require further support to enter the workforce and those deemed difficult to employ. By working together, Social Purchasing Portal (SPP) purchasers, suppliers, and social service agencies can make great strides in increasing secure employment and impoving the local community.
